REGIONAL S.D.F.L. TRYOUT ITINERARY

11:00 AM Athlete Registration / Athlete Orientation
12:00 PM Warm up
12:15 PM Combine begins with these drills:
5-10-5 SHUTTLE RUN
3 CONE DRILL
BROAD JUMP
40 YARD DASH
1:30 PM BREAK
2:00 PM INSTRUCTIONAL PERIOD
2 :30 PM 1 vs 1 HELMETS & SHOULDER PADS
3:00 PM 7 vs 7 HELMETS & SHOULDER PADS
4:50 PM COMBINE CONCLUSION

Video Footage Will Be Available For Purchase Of $10.00 Cash The Day Of Event!!!
Footage Will Be emailed To Address Of Your Choice.

COMBINE TIMES WILL BE LISTED ON OFFICIAL S.D.F.L. SITE

1on1 and 7on7 Format

1. Offensive players will wear white Team Jerseys, while Defensive players will be in dark Team jerseys. Jerseys for 1 on 1 portion will be provided by S.D.F.L.

2. During the 2:00 PM Instructional period you will learn basic fundamentals of the National Football League style of play.

3. These drills will be filmed and will be made available to purchase for $10.00 the day of event... Footage will be emailed to address of choice.

Tryout times will be posted on the Official S.D.F.L. website along with the top 4 performers being placed in the Featured player section of the S.D.F.L. official site!

4. Helmet & Shoulder pads will be needed for 1on1 and 7on7 competition!
